Privacy Policy
Effective Date: April 30, 2026
SensAI ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect from you or that you may provide when you use our AI-powered personal training application ("App") on iOS and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By using our Services, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect:
- Through the App and any related features or web portals.
- In email, text, and other electronic messages sent through or in connection with the Services.
- From third-party integrations, such as Apple HealthKit.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to websites, applications, or services that are not operated by SensAI. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide to Us
- Account Information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique user identifier but do not receive your Apple ID password.
- Profile Data: You may provide information such as date of birth, biological sex, height, weight, fitness goals, experience level, available equipment, and exercise preferences to tailor workout recommendations.
- Communications: If you contact us directly, we may receive your name, email address, and message content.
2.2 HealthKit Data
With your permission, we may access certain HealthKit data (e.g., steps, calories, activity metrics) to provide personalized fitness and health-related features within the app. HealthKit data is used solely to power health and fitness features in SensAI and is never shared with third parties. HealthKit data is not used for advertising or marketing purposes. You can revoke HealthKit access at any time through your device settings.
2.3 Automatically Collected Information
- Device Information: We may collect information about your device, such as device model, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
- Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the App, including session length, features used, and performance metrics.
We also collect install attribution data — including device type, operating system version, and install source — to understand which marketing channels are driving app installs. This data does not include your Apple advertising identifier (IDFA).
2.4 AI-Generated Content
Our Services use artificial intelligence to generate personalized workout plans, exercise recommendations, and fitness insights. To provide these features, our backend systems may process anonymized and aggregated data that cannot be used to identify individual users. All AI processing is performed through SensAI's own infrastructure and servers.
2.5 Conversations and AI Coach Data
When you interact with SensAI's AI coach, your conversation history is stored on our servers to provide continuity across sessions. The AI coach may also extract and store key details from your conversations — such as injuries, preferences, and training constraints — to personalize future recommendations.
Your conversation history and extracted AI Coach memories are permanently deleted as part of the in-App account deletion flow described in Section 5.2. If you would like to request narrower deletion — for example, removing a single memory without deleting your entire account — you can email support@sensai.fit.
3. How We Use Your Information
3.1 Provide and Improve the Services
We use your information to operate and improve our Services, develop new features, and understand usage trends.
3.2 Personalization
Your data helps us tailor workout plans, exercise recommendations, and other aspects of the Services to your preferences and goals.
3.3 Communications
We may send you administrative messages (e.g., account updates, policy changes) and informational messages (e.g., workout summaries, motivational tips). You can opt out of certain communications via the App or by contacting us at support@sensai.fit.
3.4 Legal and Regulatory Compliance
We may use or disclose your information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or enforceable governmental requests.
3.5 Security and Fraud Prevention
We may use your information to detect, prevent, or address fraud, abuse, or security risks.
3.6 Product Analytics and Research
We use anonymized activity data — including the records described in Section 5.5 — to analyze aggregate usage patterns, evaluate the effectiveness of features, train and improve the machine learning systems that power workout recommendations, and conduct internal research. Because this data is unlinked from personal identifiers, it cannot be used to identify or contact you.
4. Sharing Your Information
4.1 With Service Providers
We may share information with third-party vendors or contractors who help us operate, maintain, and market our Services. These service providers have access to your information only to perform tasks on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it.
4.2 AI Processing
To power our AI-driven features, SensAI's backend infrastructure may utilize third-party machine learning tools and services for processing. Any data processed by these tools is anonymized and stripped of personally identifiable information before processing. These tools receive only the minimum data necessary to generate recommendations and cannot associate any information with individual users.
4.3 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your personal data.
4.4 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, or investigate fraud.
4.5 Attribution and Analytics
We use AppsFlyer, a mobile attribution and analytics platform, to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and understand how users discover SensAI. AppsFlyer receives limited device and install data (such as device model, OS version, and install source) to provide attribution reporting. No personally identifiable information, health data, or HealthKit data is shared with AppsFlyer. AppsFlyer's privacy policy is available at appsflyer.com/legal/services-privacy-policy.
5. Your Rights and Choices
5.1 Access and Update
You can access or update your account information at any time within the App or by contacting us at support@sensai.fit.
5.2 Account Deletion
You can delete your SensAI account at any time directly from within the App. Open Settings, tap "Delete Account," and confirm by re-authenticating with the Apple ID associated with your account.
When you delete your account, we will:
- Permanently remove your profile information, AI Coach chat history, AI Coach memories (such as injuries, preferences, and training constraints), HealthKit data stored on our servers, push notification registrations, and authentication tokens.
- Reduce your user record to a minimal, internal-only stub. Your name, email address, fitness profile, and subscription preferences are cleared. The stub retains only an internal identifier so that historical activity records can remain dissociated from your identity (see Section 5.5).
Most cleanup happens immediately. A small amount of background work — such as deleting media files and finishing any in-flight requests — typically completes within a few minutes.
Account deletion does not cancel any active App Store subscription. To stop being charged, you must cancel your subscription separately in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. We are unable to cancel App Store subscriptions on your behalf.
If you are unable to access the in-App deletion option for any reason, you can also request deletion by emailing us at support@sensai.fit. We may retain certain information after account deletion if required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or as described in Section 5.5.
If applicable data protection law — such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or the CCPA — entitles you to additional rights regarding your personal information, we will honor verified requests, including requests for erasure, to the extent legally required. Because the anonymized records described in Section 5.5 are no longer linked to your identity, they may not be subject to erasure under those laws. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@sensai.fit.
5.3 HealthKit Permissions
You can revoke our permission to access HealthKit data at any time via your device settings.
5.4 Opt-Out of Marketing
You can opt out of receiving certain marketing communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in the message or by contacting us directly.
5.5 Anonymized Data We Retain
After you delete your account, we retain certain workout, activity, and financial records in anonymized form. These records are no longer linked to your name, email address, fitness profile, or Apple ID — they reference only an internal identifier that cannot be used to contact or identify you.
Retained anonymized records may include:
- Workout plans, activity sessions, performance metrics, and exercise records.
- Subscription transaction records, retained for financial, audit, and tax purposes.
We retain these records to:
- Improve the Services through analysis of aggregate usage and outcomes.
- Comply with financial recordkeeping and tax requirements.
- Protect against fraud, including the abuse of free trials through repeated account creation and deletion.
These records cannot be re-associated with you because the personal data needed to do so has been removed from our systems. If you create a new account using the same Apple ID in the future, your prior history is not restored or linked to your new account.
6. Data Security and Retention
6.1 Security Measures
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no security system is completely foolproof.
6.2 Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and as necessary to provide the Services. When you delete your account (see Section 5.2), your personal information is removed and only the anonymized records described in Section 5.5 are retained. We may retain information for longer periods where required to comply with legal, regulatory, tax, or audit obligations.
7. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your own, including the United States. By using our Services, you consent to any such transfer of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not intended for individuals under 16 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete such information. Parents or guardians who believe a child has created a SensAI account may delete it using the in-App account deletion flow described in Section 5.2 or contact us at support@sensai.fit.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (e.g., via email or in-app notification) and update the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Services after such changes is deemed acceptance of those changes.
